  4.          When you downloaded the file you are reading, you also obtained 
  5.     several encoded files containing our money-saving book. They are in
  6.     files named xxxxxxxx.OAK. You may decode the book by purchasing a 
  7.     user specific password. The process for buying the password and de-
  8.     coding the book is explained in the "Order by Phone" option.

  10.          To buy your password, please call our offices anytime from
  11.     9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Please have
  12.     your Mastercard or Visa ready. The cost for the full book is $19.95.  
  13.     The password will enable you to immediately decode the files you have
  14.     already downloaded. Therefore, you avoid another telephone call for the
  15.     download or waiting for us to mail the report. Also, ordering over the
  16.     phone saves you shipping and handling expenses when we must mail a disk
  17.     containing the electronic book.
